This is a collection of international expeditions from the 19th and 20th centuries that originated in countries such as: Argentina, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, United Kingdom, and the United reports were published volumes containing text, images and supporting documentation describing scientific discoveries of marine life. Some of the research vessels covered in this collection are the H.M.S. Challenger, the Albatross, the Siboga, and the Valdiva.
