Photographic images of Jesuit and Dominican missions by Marquis McDonald, traveler and writer, during a 1949-1950 overland trip down the Baja California peninsula. Many of the images illustrate McDonald's book BAJA: LAND OF LOST MISSIONS (1968). Original photographs held by the UC San Diego Library have been digitized.
