Sixty-five continuous days of data at one-minute resolution covering fifty individuals reporting COVID-19 infections starting on day 45 in the data set. Heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, and skin temperature are included, as generated by the second generation Oura ring. No PII included. Duration of symptoms, and presence of fever in symptoms included.

Oura Health Oy provided 1,400 Oura ring devices and financial support for this research. Specifically, funds were provided for the purpose of paying research staff at UCSF. One employee of Oura (KA) who is also a UCSF faculty member, participated in data analysis and preparation of this paper. However, Oura Health Oy did not otherwise participate in planning the study design; in the analysis and interpretation of data; in the writing of the report; and in the decision to submit the article for publication. In addition, the researchers were otherwise from Oura Health Oy and all authors, external and internal, had full access to all of the data (including statistical reports and tables) in the study and can take responsibility for the integrity of the data and the accuracy of the data analysis.
